Refund Policy

1. Refund Terms

Plus Monthly and Plus Annual subscriptions are not covered by a contractual 30-day money-back guarantee. New accounts can try Plus for seven days without a card; the trial ends without an automatic charge. The previous 30-day guarantee continues to apply to eligible legacy Lifetime purchases: those customers may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. Lifetime is no longer offered for new purchases. This policy does not limit any non-waivable refund or withdrawal rights under applicable law.

2. How to Request a Refund

To ask about a refund or request an eligible legacy Lifetime refund, email support@getfeedvault.com from, or identify, your Feedvault account email. A reason is optional. We may ask for information needed to verify the account and purchase.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Refunds are processed through Creem, our Merchant of Record, and returned to the original payment method. After Creem confirms a full Lifetime refund, access from that purchase ends. The date a processed refund appears depends on Creem, the payment provider, and your financial institution. A cancellation and a refund are separate actions.

4. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel a Plus Monthly or Plus Annual subscription, or an existing recurring subscription, through the billing portal. The no-card trial requires no cancellation to avoid a charge. Creem's confirmed subscription state controls when a paid cancellation takes effect: a scheduled cancellation ordinarily keeps Plus access through the displayed paid period end, while a final cancellation may end Plus access immediately. No later renewal is due after cancellation takes effect. Saved content stays readable after Plus access ends; adding new content and background refresh require Plus. Cancellation does not automatically refund a previous charge.
