Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Feedvault ("the Service"), operated by ERIK GLOBAL VENTURES LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Feedvault is a web-based application that lets users group YouTube channels into chronological "Feeds" and save individual videos into "Studies" with notes. Feedvault uses a best-effort filter for likely Shorts in its Feeds based on duration and YouTube embed-player dimensions as an aspect-ratio proxy: videos of 120 seconds or less are excluded, and videos of 121–180 seconds appear only when those dimensions indicate landscape; videos with unknown duration remain hidden pending metadata. This is not YouTube's native Shorts classification, so some Shorts may still appear and some non-Shorts may be excluded. Filtering does not change YouTube itself. The Service provides tools for adding YouTube channels, organising them by topic, viewing uploads in a chronological interface, and saving videos with private notes for later review.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the Service.

4. Account Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account using email and password or, when available, Google sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

New Feedvault Plus subscriptions are offered at $7 per month or $59 per year, excluding applicable taxes added at checkout, with the same features and up to 500 channels on both billing options. New accounts receive a seven-day trial with no payment card required, unlimited Feeds and Studies, and up to 50 channels. The trial does not create a paid subscription or an automatic charge. After trial or paid access ends, saved content remains readable, while adding new content and background refresh require Plus. To subscribe, you must choose a plan and complete payment through Creem, our Merchant of Record ("MOR"), which handles billing, payment processing, applicable tax collection, and related compliance. Paid subscriptions renew at the price and cadence shown at checkout until canceled.

You may manage or cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal. Creem's confirmed subscription state controls when cancellation takes effect. A scheduled cancellation ordinarily keeps Plus access through the displayed paid period end; a final cancellation may end Plus access immediately. No later renewal is due after cancellation takes effect. Prices, applicable taxes, and renewal dates presented at checkout or in the billing portal form part of these Terms. Existing subscriptions and previously purchased access continue under their applicable purchase terms unless a change is separately communicated.

6. Refund Policy

The previous 30-day money-back guarantee continues to apply to eligible legacy Lifetime purchases. Lifetime is no longer offered for new purchases, and the guarantee does not apply to Plus Monthly or Plus Annual subscriptions. An eligible legacy Lifetime customer may request a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date by contacting us at support@getfeedvault.com. A confirmed full refund ends access from that Lifetime purchase. Refund timing depends on Creem and the payment provider. This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights under applicable law. 7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Use the Service for any fraudulent or malicious purpose
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service without our express permission
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by ERIK GLOBAL VENTURES LLC and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create within the Service (such as Feed and Study names, the channels and videos you add, and any free-text notes you write on saved videos). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services including Cloudflare, Creem, Loops, Google/YouTube, Microsoft Clarity, and Affonso. Your use of connected third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. If you connect YouTube API Services, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ERIK GLOBAL VENTURES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts located in Delaware.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
